Refunds for Digital Goods
Our digital goods come with a 14-day, 100% money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Upon receiving your request, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will apply.
Please note, refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be accepted, regardless of how much content was consumed. All sales are considered final after the 14-day period period.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Prices Policy

Payments

Tutoring Sessions
The Company provides one-on-one tutoring sessions as supplemental educational support. These sessions do not replace coursework, class attendance, or individual study.
The Company does not guarantee any specific exam results, grades, scores, or academic outcomes from tutoring sessions. All disclaimers regarding educational materials outlined in these Terms and Conditions apply equally to tutoring services. You acknowledge that exam success depends on factors beyond the Company’s control, including Your effort, prior preparation, exam content and format, and instructor grading. Past student results do not guarantee Your individual results.
We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled tutoring appointment for any reason, at its sole discretion. A full refund will be issued for any session cancelled by the Company.
Students who fail to attend a scheduled session or cancel with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session fee. No refund will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
Promotions
Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.
If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
