Chi Square tests are used when our data is categorical. In other words, we have frequencies or counts of data points occurring in different groups.
One category of "College Bar":
Two categories of "Bid status" and "Hat type":
Z-scores and t-scores are used with continuous data that don't belong to given categories or groups!
That's why we need Chi Square tests!
